The story happens in the future world which is in 1000 years. In that world, the scientists created space-time transition technology, which can make people go through different space and time. Not only can people explore the past , which has ever disappeared, but also step into the distant future; Not only can people summon back all the feelings of the past, but also they touch the sorrows and happiness. People can go across the mist of far universe and even go to other space.
The invention of the space-time transition technology makes the world diversified. Therefore, there appears the connection of the lives in different universe, the misunderstanding and conflict between various life forms, diverse logic and philosophy, and the interference and destroying by various powers……thereupon it results in some inevitable troubles, and some comical stories. The human beings in the past, present and future, the creatures in the different planet, various life forms, all of which exist together. The communications among them are more interesting. Different cultures and concepts intertwine with each other.
The developer Owen summons three children Ku Ya, Xia Yu and Chen and organizes an organization named "time-space safeguard", which are responsible for solving the problem because of the time-space chaos.
During the process of going through the different space and time, Ku Ya and his friend Xia Yu and Chen catch the criminals who make the chaos, pursue the ET who create the black hole and try to swallow the earth, counter the natural disaster, safeguard the lost children who come from the other time to go home, protect the ancient ET guest, know the mysterious predictor nochadanmasi, meet in the stange Meilu restaurant, attend the future shooting competition…….these stories not only happen in different countries and ages but also in different unimaginable planets and spaces. The characters conquer different difficulties with their wisdom and courage. The help and comity in the adventure make them understand what true friendship is.
故事发生在距今1000年后的未来世界里，在那个时代，人类进入了一个新的科学境界。科学界出现了一种叫做“时空跃迁” 的新技术，使人类在科学技术的领域里产生了一个质的飞跃——人们可以利用这种技术穿越时间和空间的界限、来往于不同的时空，既可以追溯消逝的过去，又可以步入遥远的未来；既可以重温昔日的情愫，又可以感受来日的悲欢，而且，还可以穿过浩瀚宇宙的氤氲，进入其它的次元空间。
时空跃迁技术的发明，使世界向着多元化方向发展。甚至还出现了不同次元宇宙之间生命与生命的相处，情义与友谊的对接……于是，不同的生命特征、不同的生命内涵、不同的生活习惯、不同的表达方式，加上那些由于不同的思维逻辑与观念而引发的误会与矛盾，交融在一起，促成了一个个令人捧腹的事件；构成了一个个讲述着一个个惊心动魄的故事……最终标定了影片新奇、险幻的独特韵味。
弗•欧文，召集了库亚、夏雨、辰这三个孩子，组成了名为“时空少年”的组织，负责解决因时空混乱造成的各种麻烦。几个孩子，打破时空的障碍，连起手来，他们以正义的力量、以他们自己的方式，圆满地处理了一个又一个“意外事件”，解决着一个又一个棘手的难题——他们不顾个人安危抓捕干扰时空秩序的破坏者；他们利用科技手段，抵制自然界的种种灾难；他们团结一心、用自己的聪明智慧保护了远古时期的外星客人；他们发扬爱心，克服困难，安全护送迷路的异时空的孩子回到其自己的家园；他们应外星球的邀请，光顾了新奇的外星餐厅、拜访了神秘的预言家诺查丹玛斯、访问了神秘的龙的故乡，他们为了荣誉，参加了未来世界举行的射击比赛，同时也增长着自己的智慧、勇气与力量……
几个天真可爱的孩子，虽然来自不同的年代 ，虽然有着自己的性格和爱好，虽然有着自己的生活习惯，但他们都能以自己最大的努力，为维护时空秩序，为保护人类和地球的使命默默的奉献自己的力量。
无论在哪个星球、哪个年代，一次次的冒险，一次次的化险为夷；一次次的成功喜悦，孩子们始终表现出一种积极向上的激情和无所畏惧的胸怀，展示的是一种正义的无可战胜的力量……与此同时，一次次的患难与共也使小主人公们明白了什么是真正的朋友、什么是真正的友谊。
