The main characters of the story are Ouli cow, Dirui sheep and their fellows. They got the note that they would have the summer camp for Olympic. It tells the story of preparing for the summer camp and the fun things and change in their minds, reflecting the attention to the Olympic.
Ouli cow and Dirui sheep are two pupils of the Forest Elementary school. They were very different but they became good friends.
A new P.E teacher came into the school. The classmates were excited. They got a new note from the teacher: summer camp. The students headed to the bus to the Olympic summer camp together.
The Olympic summer camp locates in a small island. The students began to exercise excitedly. The indulged and coddled guys were scared by the so called ghost training. People had suffered much from the sport one by one, along with some fun things.
The students’ training were on the way gradually. The competitions among them were more and more. They challenged each other in the exercises. In order to win the game, some one practiced frauds in it, hurting their fellows. People knew slowly that the most important purpose of competition was not to win, but do exercise and keep healthy. They also got that what the true P.E spirit was and learning more and more capabilities in the summer camp.
故事讲述了主人公欧力牛、迪瑞羊和他们的小伙伴们从接到奥运夏令营通知、准备夏令营到参加夏令营的过程中发生的一系列趣事和心理变化，反映了人们对奥运的关注和支持。
欧力牛和迪瑞羊是森林小学的两个小学生，两个人性格迥异，却是很好的朋友。
学校里来了新的体育老师，同学们都很兴奋，这位老师却带来了一个通知：夏令营。
同学们对此态度不一，有些欢喜雀跃，有些胆怯退让。欧力牛和迪瑞羊也遇到了麻烦，欧力牛想了各种各样的方法来逃避奥运夏令营的报名，而另一方面一心想参加奥运夏令营的迪瑞羊，却遭到视学习为第一位的妈妈的反对。小伙伴们一方面给欧力牛打气让他鼓起勇气参加奥运夏令营。另一方面使出了各种各样的小点子说服了迪瑞羊的妈妈，让迪瑞羊去参加奥运夏令营。
最终，皆大欢喜，同学们终于一起踏上了开往奥运夏令营的大巴车，途中的小意外也让大家开始逐渐体会到团体这个概念。
奥运夏令营的营地在一座美丽的小岛上，同学们带着初来乍到的兴奋劲开始了夏令营的训练正式开始了。
在家里养尊处优的同学们被所谓的魔鬼训练给吓到了，一个个的运动项目让大家吃尽了苦头，不过在训练过程中也发生了一系列让人啼笑皆非的事情。
同学们的训练渐入佳境，一系列的比赛也在同学中间悄悄展开，大家互相挑战，不服输的劲头都被激发了出来，可是大家为了赢得比赛，采取了一些作弊的手段，伤害了同伴，也让自己赢得并不开心。
慢慢地，大家开始认识到，赢得比赛并不是训练最主要的目的，强身健体才更重要，也开始慢慢理解什么是真正的体育精神，同学们在训练中学到了越来越多的本事。
