This animation consists of a series of small stories, telling a story about the dominant role of tail fantasy, cousin of Xiaoge—Mick’s stories. Mick is a curious, clever, fashionable and vigorous boy. He leads a happy life in his own little house along with his little brothers and has many friends. He is also a talented inventor, could invent things out-of-the-way, some of which are of great use, some are cool, some could bring little dangers. Xiaoge admires Mick very much, and he takes him as his idol. But, Big Wolf, Hunhun and his fellow, weasel younger brother, Huanghuang living in city, hate Mick for that Mick always ruins their evil plans, making them disgraceful. Therefore, Hunhun and Huanghuang usually try hard to design some traps to get Mick and Xiaoge into troubles. But their plans always result in failure.

本片是由一系列的小故事组成，讲述的是尾巴梦幻曲中主要角色小哥的表哥-----麦歌的故事，麦歌是一个好奇，睿智，时尚，对事物充满活力的人，他和小哥一起快乐的生活在他们自己的小屋里，有着许多的朋友，麦歌同样是个天才的发明家，总能够鼓弄出一些稀奇古怪的发明，有的发明非常有用，有的发明非常酷，有的发明却有点小小的危险，小哥很崇拜麦歌，以他作为偶像，另一方面，居住在城市里的大灰狼混混和他手下的黄鼠狼小弟晃晃却对麦歌恨的咬牙切齿，因为麦歌每次总是让他们的坏心眼计划不能得逞，弄的他们灰头土脸，所以混混和晃晃总是很努力的想设计出一些圈套去害麦歌与小哥，当然最后的结局还是失败。
