In the water tanker town, there are any vehicles except water tankers. There lives many interesting people, who lead a simple but dedicated life. Here, any trifles would be known throughout the whole town while sometimes, big issues could be ignored. All interesting stories occur in this town.

The heroes in our story include the little hero Buji, who is optimistic but sometimes a bit track-minded; his pet Xiao Bu; Xiangjiao, who is dull but sometimes does amazing things; Lulu, who is active and curious about new things and the perfectionist Ligu, as well as Boss Fu, who runs a hotel called Fufu Hotel in the town. Their interesting stories in daily life constitute the main body of the whole series. They all are good-natured kind people but often fall into conflicts because of different personalities. Ways to deal with these conflicts and the process of solving problems bring out the theme of this series. Our cartoon characters will give you exaggerated performances as well as life stories, which would make all audiences can reflect on some similar events in our life when they are enjoying this animation.

我们故事的主角包括了天性乐观善良但偶尔有些单细胞的小主人公布吉同他的宝贝宠物小布，有些呆滞反应迟钝但时常有惊人之举的香蕉，喜欢新奇事物好动的鲁鲁，以及完美主义者里古，还有经营着镇上福福大酒店的福老板，他们在水车镇日常生活中的种种趣事构成了故事的主体，他们天性善良，但时常因为不同的个性引发出矛盾，怎么样来处理这些矛盾和一起共同解决问题的过程导引出了本剧的主题思想，让卡通人物夸张表演的同时也赋予较生活化的剧情，使观众在欢乐收看的同时也对生活中类似的事件产生一些反思。
