Synopsis:
At the time of late Qing, the Jing-Dong Security Services Agency, which once won the title of "China #!" in the business, now has no more influence. Keeping the withered property handed by his ancestors, Don Song San, the owner of the agency, can not make the both ends meet and even more the money collectors request him to be paid-off right on this moment.
Meanwhile, His Highness, Duke Yi-Feng, who has been thought as toughest person confronting the hostile Japanese, decides to hold a Kung Fu Fighting Rally thus to restore the national glory. The last winner of this competition will acquire the credit of the "China #!" and plus a bounty of 20 kilogram of silver. Receiving the invitation, Zhuge, the counselor of the agency, suggests that Don Song San to accept the offer and if everything goes well he maybe get rid of his debt once for all.
Don Song San who has no ambition at all is escorted by Zhuge, a skilled thief, and Zhenyuan, a collector of a financial company, to a funky place called "Beijing".
Don Song San, escorted imposingly, has become the target of a swindler, called Yanling who is a pretty girl. She worms her way into Sir San's confidence by hiring him as her bodyguard with her partners Pen and Ping.
At the same time, Hero Hu from the Northwest, Magic Leg from the Yellow River, the best swordsman from the South, Hero Mu from the Northeast, the waiter in the inn, and the Ninjas from Japan all come to the stage.
Princess Hong of his Highness admired Lord Ai, but she falls in love with Sir Song San after he saved her when the Japanese Ninjas wanted to kill her.
