Wukong was entitled as the Great Sage Equaling Heaven by Jade Emperor, the ruler of Heaven kingdom. After a little time Wukong was bored staying in his Mansion and kept making troubles everywhere in Heaven kingdom. Then Jade Emperor had to assign him to run the Flat Peach orchard.
Mother Queen planed to host a Flat Peach banquet. Wukong heard that he was not invited and got infuriated. With getting drunk, he destroyed the party and stole Lord Laozi’s elixir, which is prepared for Jade Emperor. After sobering up he realized that he had got himself into a big trouble. Then Wukong ran back to his home, the Mountain of Flowers and Fruits. This time Jade Emperor was very angry and sent Pagoda-Bearing Heavenly King Lee along with 100,000 heavenly soldiers to catch Wukong. But Wukong defeated all of them. Bodhisattva Guanyin recommended that God Erlang would be the warrior who can subdue Wukong.
God Erlang was indeed very powerful. The battle was still going on after three hundred rounds. Later they competed in the transformation art. However, it still cannot be judged who was the winner. At last Wukong was stunned off-guard by Lord Laozi and was captured.
Jade Emperor ordered heavenly soldiers to behead Wukong. As Wukong had taken Golden Elixir, neither weapons nor fires can do him any harm. Lastly Lord Laozi locked Wukong in Eight Diagram Furnace and burned him with Samadhi Fire. To be surprised, Wukong was still alive after forty-nine days and even had Golden Pupils. He broke the Furnace and made a bigger mess in the Heaven kingdom. Jade Emperor had no choice but to ask help from Rulai Buddha, who has boundless supernatural power. Rulai Buddha made a bet that if Wukong can tumble out of his palm he would ask Jade Emperor to give up the Heaven kingdom. Wukong was very excited and used his Tumbling Cloud to travel 100,800 miles. But lastly Wukong found himself still on Rulai Buddha’s palm. Suddenly Buddha turned his palm, which has changed into the Mountain of Five Elements, and suppressed Wukong underneath.
Weathers change and years went by, Wukong was going on to await his rescue…
孙悟空被封为齐天大圣，在天庭大圣府无所事事，不断惹出事端，玉帝只好派他掌管蟠桃园。
王母娘娘要举办蟠桃盛会，悟空得知没有邀请自己，很是气愤，于是变做赤脚大仙来到蟠桃会，将仙酒仙肴吃得杯盘狼藉。醉酒后又来到太上老君的兜率宫，偷吃了仙丹。悟空酒醒后，感到闯下大祸，赶忙逃回花果山躲避。玉帝十分震怒，派遣托塔李天王点齐十万天兵天将去捉拿悟空。悟空将天兵天将打得落花流水。托塔天王发出免战牌，并用天罗地网将花果山紧紧围困。南海观世音菩萨携木吒前来参加蟠桃盛会，见到现场一片狼藉。玉帝将悟空大闹天宫之事告诉观音，观音派木吒前去了解战况。木吒与悟空交手也被打败。于是观音举荐二郎神征剿悟空。二郎神本领十分高强，与悟空大战三百回合未分胜负。二人比试变化的本领，悟空多次变化，都被二郎神识破。太上老君趁悟空不备，用金刚琢将悟空打晕，梅山六兄弟一拥而上，将悟空擒获斩妖台上，玉帝要把悟空斩首，怎奈悟空吃了金丹刀枪不入，天王下令用火烧雷劈，还是无济于事。太上老君将悟空押至八卦炉中，想用三昧真火将悟空烧死，经过七七四十九天，悟空非但没有被烧死，反而炼成了火眼金睛！他冲出八卦炉，再次把整个天庭打得一塌糊涂。玉帝只好向如来佛祖求救。悟空向如来夸耀自己的筋斗云功夫。如来提出，只要悟空能翻出自己的手掌心，就叫玉帝将天宫让给悟空。孙悟空大喜过望，使出十万八千里的筋斗云，却只跳到如来佛祖的手指处。悟空汗颜欲逃之夭夭，如来翻下手掌，施展法术，佛祖手掌变成五行山，悟空被压在山下。
四季交替，日月变迁，悟空等待天地之手前来救援。
