There is a snow village frozen by spell at the foot of snow-capped mountain. A group of happy snowboys and ice-boys live a care-free life there. And one of snowboys is Radishnose, cowardly and always lies, so no one loves him. One day, a mad Bigfoot appears from sky being half-human and half-robot. He settles down at the top of snow-capped mountain and devotes his effort to invent the thermal instrument which can melts glacier. The snow boy has many fantastic experiences and he leads the boys to fight against Bigfoot bravely and resourcefully. At last, they save their homeland successfully.
